June updates include enhancements to the Customer Administration Portal (CAP). Enhancements include:

  • Wildcard number blocking to combat annoying calls – customers can conveniently whitelist or blacklist entire NPA-NXX or 9xx ranges
  • Bulk updates for call center settings to expediently apply changes across all call center queues
  • Remote FTP/FFTP server support for call recording storage
  • Announcement repository enhancements to better organize voice prompts
