Dispatch Clerk – Lafayette, TN Office

NCTC seeks a fulltime Dispatch Clerk for our Lafayette, TN Business Office. This position ensures customers receive courteous and timely service by answering customer calls, taking installation and repair requests and dispatching appropriate personnel. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred; customer service excellence attitude and demeanor; exceptional telephone skills; one-year of clerical, telephone/office or rural utility experience; skilled in operating various types of office equipment such as computer, copier, fax, and proficiency using computer-based applications like Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel. This position’s work schedule requires on-call duty, after hours and Saturday hours.
