Automated Attendant

An automated attendant answers incoming calls, playing a custom greeting allowing callers to select from options to be transferred to a variety of destinations. Auto attendants can be scheduled to only answer calls during specific times of day, days of the week or specific dates.

Hunt Groups

Calls can be routed to a group of user extensions automatically without relying on call forwarding. Hunt groups can route calls to an ordered list of users or ring all users at once. Calls that go unanswered can be redirected to an alternate destination quickly and easily.

Music on Hold

Upload your own custom music or other audio content that can be played to callers when they are placed on hold, parked or transferred. NCTC cloudUC provides default music content that can be used or customized to best meet your needs.

E911

Emergency calling is a big deal with cloud based communications solutions. NCTC cloudUC provisions E911 information for each user to ensure that emergency calls are delivered correctly. If a user changes physical locations, the E911 address of the user can easily be changed via the Customer Administration Portal.

Customer Administration Portal

The Customer Administration Portal (CAP) provides 24x7 administrative access to your NCTC cloudUC solution. Each cloudUC user is assigned a role which dictates access privileges (end user or administrator). All that is required to access the CAP is a computer with an Internet connection and a supported browser.

Call Reporting

Via the Customer Administration Portal, users and administrators can access basic call reporting. Call history reports will show the number of inbound and inbound calls with detail such as date, time, duration and source/destination telephone numbers. Call history can be exported in various formats for manipulation and sharing.
