NCTC cloudUC – December 2020 Enhancements

NCTC is please to announce the following product updates for cloudUC. These new updates will be available in mid December, 2020.

  • Busy Lamp field now supported on soft client (nCommand Plus)
  • Fixed an issue when changing the extension on an Auto Attendant where changes were not available immediately for assignment to hunt group routing rules
  • Fixed an issue when editing a Call Center profile where the page would show an error if the company main number was pointed to the Call Center
