Steps to Change Incoming and Outgoing Mail Severs
Click on the links below for detailed steps to change your Incoming Mail Server and/or your Outgoing Mail Server.

Android Devices
- From the email app, press the menu key, then choose Settings.
- From settings, select your NCTC email account.
- Scroll down to Sever Settings.
- Choose Incoming server settings. Change incoming server to mail.nctc.com Then, click Done.
- Select Outgoing server and change SMPT server to mail.nctc.com Then, click Done.
IPhone
- Go to
- Go to Accounts & Passwords.
- Select your NCTC email account.
- Under Incoming mail server enter the correct server – mail.nctc.com
- Under Outgoing mail server check, it should be the same – mail.nctc.com
- To change the Outgoing mail server, click to select.
- Select the Primary server.
- Change your Host name to mail.nctc.com
Mac Mail
- Select Mail> Preferences from the menu bar in the Mail
- Click the Accounts
- Highlight the account for which you want to change the Incoming and Outgoing servers.
- Change the Incoming Server to mail.nctc.com.
- On the Outgoing Mail Server tab, scroll down to Edit SMTP Server List and select.
- Highlight existing server for this account.
- Enter the new server name mail.nctc.com Click OK.
Windows 10
- Open Windows 10 Mail.
- Select cog icon in the bottom left corner and then select Accounts from the right sidebar.
- Select your existing NCTC Email Account from the list.
- Select Change mailbox sync settings option at the bottom.
- Scroll down to the very bottom and select Advanced mailbox settings.
- Change the Incoming server and Outgoing server to mail.nctc.com
Microsoft Outlook 2007
- From your control panel, search for Mail and select.
- Select email Account Settings, then select your NCTC email account, then select Change
- Change your Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server to mail.nctc.com
- Click Next. Then click Finish.
Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2013
- From Outlook, select Info from the File menu of Microsoft Outlook
- Select Account Settings.
- Select your mail account and click
- Change the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server to mail.nctc.com
- Click Next. Then click Finish.
