When are bills due?

Either the 15th or 30th of each month, depending on where you live. This information is available on your billing statement or by accessing your account online.

If your statement shows your bill is due on the 30th, then your bill includes charges from the 15th of the current month through the 14th of the next month. You should receive your bill around the 15th of each month.

If your statement shows your bill is due on the 15th, then your bill includes charges from the 1st of the current month through the 30th/31st of the next month. You should receive your bill around the first of each month.
