From the phone subscribed to the service:
- Enter the appropriate Voicemail Access Number.
- If prompted, enter your password and press the # sign.
- From a different phone:
- Enter the appropriate Voicemail Access Number.
Tennessee: (615) 666-1000
Kentucky: 622-1000 - Enter your 10-digit mailbox number.
- Enter your password and then press the # sign.
