Download the full Voicemail How-To Guide (PDF) From the phone subscribed to the service:
  1. Enter the appropriate Voicemail Access Number.
  2. If prompted, enter your password and press the # sign.
  3. From a different phone:
  4. Enter the appropriate Voicemail Access Number. Tennessee: (615) 666-1000 Kentucky: 270-622-1000
  5. Enter your 10-digit mailbox number.
  6. Enter your password and then press the # sign.
