NCTC cloudUC – March 2021 Enhancements

NCTC is pleased to announce the following enhancements to cloudUC. Enhancements will be available on March 29th, 2021.

• Ability to restore desktop sharing capability for desktop clients (nCommand)
• Fixed an issue saving the global “Force Agent to Unavailable” setting in a Standard Call Center
