What should I expect to see when I get an email on my smartphone about a voicemail?
You will see an email from “voicemail@nctc.com.” The actual voicemail will be delivered as an attachment, and the body of the email will allow you to Save or Delete the voicemail message.

Yes. There are 2 ways you can access from your phone. From your browser, go to our Voicemail page. The Voicemail Portal button on this page will take you to the web portal. Go directly to the Voicemail Portal.
